Our meals and groceries come in curated "Plenti Packs," which are surprise assortments. While you can select the bag type, the exact contents are not disclosed to ensure a surprise element and to provide flexibility to restaurants.
5. When and where can I pick up my order?
While ordering the bag, you will see a designated pickup window for the shop. Please arrive within the specified time to avoid delays.

Currently, we offer a pick-up service to keep costs low and ensure affordability for all customers.

No, all prices are inclusive of taxes and fees. What you see on the app is what you pay.
