Q: How do I reset my password?

  • Open the Plenti app and tap on "Forgot Password."

  • Enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP.

  • Enter the OTP and set a new password.

Q: Can I change my phone number?

  • Currently, phone numbers cannot be changed after registration.

2. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

  • Plenti accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, and popular digital wallets.

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, you may cancel within the allowed timeframe and place a new order.

Q: What happens if I miss my pickup window?

  • If you miss the pickup time, the order will be marked as "Missed," and refunds may not be applicable. Please contact customer support for assistance.
