Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within a specific timeframe before the pickup time.

• Refunds are processed according to Plenti’s refund policy and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

• If a user fails to pick up the order within the designated time, a refund may not be applicable.
